Rental fees are for space-rental only (base rate). Additional hours are $250 / hr.
Security deposit (refundable) is required. ($250/$500/$750 based on event)
Cleaning fee (nonrefundable) is required. ($75-$150 based on event)
Nonprofit organizations receive a 20% discount on base rate.
