Little Italy’s namesake is much more than a theme. At Convivio, I have the opportunity to not only give back to the neighborhood that has taken care of me for the past two years, but to appreciate its cultural foundations. I believe that if the Little Italy community—and San Diego as a whole—opened their minds and hearts to Convivio’s mission, the returns in unity and gratitude would be immeasurable.
